Zhou Yuan is a dedicated academic and female artist who was born in Beijing in 1969 and currently serves as a Vice Professor at the esteemed School of Art, Renmin University of China. Zhou Yuan earned her Master of Fine Arts (MFA) from the College of Arts and Media at Beijing Normal University, specializing in music education, vocal performance, and art direction. She has had the privilege of teaching a range of college aesthetic education courses to undergraduate students, as well as providing both foundational and advanced music instruction to students within the School of Art. As an art director and mentor, Zhou Yuan had the honor of guiding her students to achieve the first prize in vocal music in the professional category during the "Third Beijing University Student Art Festival," an accomplishment that also led to her receiving the "Excellent Instructor Award." Additionally, her "National Chorus Performance of the Cave Listening to Dong Ting Huang Long Art Season" was honored with the "Huang Long Cup · Gold Medal," and she proudly clinched the Gold Medal in the 4th "World Choir Games." Zhou Yuan remains committed to the pursuit of artistic excellence and the nurturing of future talents within the academic sphere.
